i’m going to tell you about de
spots, the sports are very important for our health. Today the world is very stressful
and we need something for relax the body, the sport are a cheap and accessible
way to rest.
I practice two forms of sport, one
competitive and other for relax, for competitive I practice fencing, the
fencing is a strange and not too popular sport, we used eppe, foil or sabre and
figth, in the past the fencing was used to fight for respect or things, in a
lot of cultures fight with swords was a normal form to resolve problems, but
the modern fencing is so different, is a Olympic sport and have rulers,
protection and referee. In general is entertaining, funny and strategy sport.
The principal problem to practices fencing is the money because is not a cheap
sport, but really if you liked this is possible search forms of financing.
For relax, I practice bicycle
because my home is not so far to my university and all day go in the bicycle,
is a good way to help the environment and for practices any sport, in Chile the
work schedule or the school schedule are a lot of time, and is so hard have
time to relax, with the bicycle is possible relax your body, practice the sport
and help the environment.
You must practice sport, help your body!!!
I'm according with you, the sports is a thing that we shouldn’t let, and I think that is awesome that you use your bike for travel around the city, maybe one day we could go out on the bike!
